EKO's 90th anniversary

For decades, EKO has stood as a global leader in manufacturing scientific instrumentation. With an unconquerable spirit, the company will continue their pursuit of developing innovative new products and providing exceptional customer support for many years to come. As part of this celebration, President Toshikazu Hasegawa provided the employees of EKO with a trip and party in Kanazawa, Ishikawa prefecture Japan. Kenroku-en provided a beautiful first gathering place for the trip. Company pictures (see below) were taken in the gorgeous gardens. Later that night, EKO celebrated the occasion with a traditional ceremony known as Kagami-biraki. Several members of the EKO management team took part in this ceremony where together, they broke the top of a barrel of fine Japanese sake. By breaking the barrel, we are celebrating the current good fortune and peaceful growth for years into the future. The evening continued with wonderful food and entertainment performed by local traditional entertainer.
